Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, a new upcoming terrorist group that has caused vigorous damage to the United States as of late, has Caused thousands of deaths amongst American and British journalist, and most recently the six different attacks in Paris which killed two hundred people. In the eyes of the frightened Americans we are worried that the desire of ISIS to become a world power and begin to enter the United States may come true. In this illustration it has many factors, the hands with tools in them, representing his picture is using the rhetorical device pathos in order to establish fear to the citizens of the United States. The puzzled and confused look in President Obama's eye is to show the concern and nervousness he has to mess with ISIS which can explode at any time. Barack Obama being the highest power and representative of the United States needs to be the highest and most knowledgeable person when it comes to foreign affairs. The mood now turns to the audience as fear rolls through our bodies and need to have all faith in our president. But as depicted in the picture the purpose is coherent, can we trust president Obama to silence the bomb?
